World Decathlon Champion Trey Hardee Stand Up Paddling
| Trey Hardee is the current world decathlon champion. In the 2008 Olympics, Trey was in 4th place in the decathlon competition prior to dropping out following no mark in pole vault. In August of 2011, at the World Championships in Athletics, Hardee retained his world decathlon title. Two years ago, Trey discovered and added stand up paddling as a new addition to his cross training regimen. The video above shows Trey stand up paddling for the first time. Paddle boarding has become an essential element in many professional athletes' training schedules, providing a well-rounded workout, particularly beneficial in building core and upper body strength. |
