| The board looks awesome. Took it out for the first time yesterday. Also the first time paddleboarding ever. Water was cold and it was windy so I was worried about falling. Not a problem, board worked like a charm and was easy to ride.
Thanks |

| I took my board through some rapids in Maine. Scraped up a few spots. What would you recommend to patch it with? They are just small scrapes but it would be nice to seal it. Thanks. |

| There are almost as much paddle boarders as kayakers in Long Beach Ca.and most of the kayaks are rented. If you can put a clinic together here it would surely boost your already booming business. The competing dealers would be the only negative. |

| I will be doing a comparison of these boards as well as 10 other makers that will culminate in the test boards being cut at the fin boxes and mid point to show the different construction methods. Look for the finished comparison in sept-oct of 2010 |

| Be aware when you order that it may take up 8 weeks for delivery.
In my part of the country, summer is short. That is a big deal. I wish I had known that.

| I would like to thank you for your support and positive feedback on our online message boards. We have had some negative feedback and remarks only from other competitors. Many of them accuse us of ruining the market for SUP because of our amazing prices. However, our competitors are the only people complaining. We have countless stories of gratitude and success from people who have purchased our SUPATX boards. What I think our competitors do not realize is because we are able to introduce so many new people to sup, (who otherwise might have never tried paddling without our affordable pricing), those customers are potential future customers of our complaining competitors. We are simply helping grow this new market. But with that being said, we have not had a single complaint from our customers about our pricing - only praise! Bottom-line, our customers love us and our competitors hate us! Why? Because we are out to make the consumer happy rather than our competitors who want to continue to have a strangle hold on price and limit the market. Also, our boards come from partners with over 30 years of surfboard manufacturing experience to ensure the best quality at the best price. I would like to apologize for the ignorance of our whining competitors and we would encourage you to ignore them and have fun paddling on your new board.
Keep the stoke!

| My girlfriend and I recieved our boards and emediatly went paddling the first weekend available. We recieved nothing but praise and positive remarks from everyone except other dealers and paddle board makers that we ran into. They seem to have a negative feedback if not some sort of hatred for our boards. The boards were great and handled wonderfully on the water. The price was perfect and quality is better than expected. Concidering I have never owned one . We emediatly stood up and started paddling. But the "Board snobs" kind of made me sad that they could not be happy that someone else was truly enjoying themselves on a beautiful day like that day. It was a short and fleeting sadness Im happy to say becaus I had my board and I didnt get it from a bunch of snobs. Maybe next time they will show nothing but positive energy and someone will buy from them. Keep up the great work. My friends and other family members will definetly be getting thier boards from SUP ATX. |

| Here is how to install the fin.
There should be a screw and plate in the fin box.
- Unscrew screw from plate, leaving plate in fin box.
- Slide plate back to tail end of fin box.
- Insert fin in box (slide gold bars through allotted slot with hole for screw on tail end of box.)
- This is the tricky part align hole in fin with the hole in the plate. I like to use a paper clip to assure they are aligned.
- Once fin and plate are aligned place screw into holes and tighten until fin is secure.

| What is SoftTop board about. Is it an epoxy board with a soft layer over the top, or is it made from something entierly different?
Also are there shorter lenght fins to interchange so you can paddle shallower rivers with some rock features. |
