• Resale License is needed for California, Florida, Texas, and Arizona. If you don’t have one in these states, let us know you are getting one. For all others, eneter one if you have one, or enter in 11111
• This information will be used for Dealer Locator, and for referrals through our site.
• This is a secure site, so entering in credit card for payment is secure.
• Once you submit, you are done. We will get back to you quickly acknowledging your status.
